Junior Section We currently have a thriving junior section for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 17. Fully qualified coaches and senior players aim to develop local talent. We also have links with local schools providing coaching across the North Buckinghamshire area. Our junior section is a source of great pride for the club, with several players having gone on to represent Buckinghamshire at their age range. All of our coaches have relevant CRB clearances and are first aid qualified as well as following the ECB Safe Hands code of conduct. Bletchley Town have also recently achieved clubmark status, this means that we are recognised by the ECB as a progressive club working within the ECB's guidelines. |
| Coaching and training sessions Coaching and net sessions are held at Shenley Brook End leisure centre during the winter months. U-14s ---- These sessions take place every Monday between 7:30 and 8:30, cost is £2.Training is focussed on core skills as well as some individual coaching in addition to having fun. 14 -17s ---- These sessions take place every Friday between 6:30 and 8:30, cost is £5. This session is becoming ever more popular. On a normal night we will have a level 3 coach, at least 1 level 2 coach and at least 4 level 1 coaches. This session includes individual coaching, video analysis and utilisation of the Bola bowling machine. | ||||||
